This report addresses freedom of peaceful assembly and existing litigation gaps. The cover art is built around the visual metaphor of an incomplete puzzle, with visible gaps that represent the legal and structural shortcomings surrounding the protection of this right. Within the puzzle pieces, a diverse group of people can be seen peacefully demonstrating, reflecting the plurality of voices that occupy public space. Subtle traces of streets and urban paths appear in the composition, evoking the public environment where assemblies take place and reinforcing the connection between collective action, civic space, and the legal frameworks that shape them.
